iPhone 5
The iPhone 5 release date
Last year was a both a sad and eventful year for the numerous fans of Apple products all over the globe. Steve Jobs, the iconic founder of the company, passed away due to cancer, leaving his heritage not only in the ground breaking products he had launched but also in the ones he was reportedly working on.
One of these last products carrying the signature of Jobs is suppose to
be the newest iPhone 5, which is yet to be released but is already making news and giving rise to rife speculations all over the cyber world.
One of the most hotly debated topics is the iPhone 5 release date. People are almost sure that the much awaited event will happen in 2012, but nobody can predict when exactly. Most are hinting at a mid 2012 release, somewhere around June.
Logically, if the iPhone 5 is aiming at supporting the latest 4G technology, then its launch will have to be after the 4G network and its supporting devices has been rolled out by Sprint, something which has been announced will happen in mid 2012 as well.

October 2012 is another possible iPhone 5 release date since Apple has traditionally put at least a year between the iPhone versions. Most industry pundits agree that sine no release date has been decided upon as yet, Apple may take the call based upon the sales figures of the previous versions. If this happens, we can rule out an August launch since that is usually the leanest time of the year for almost all sectors, including Apple. So till ten we have to keep our fingers crossed till any concrete announcements are made.
